Tenants can rent cabinet space for their equipment in quarter- to full-rack configurations with reliable infrastructure. As an added value, we provide professional services to support tenants' business needs. A la carte options range from remote hands and system monitoring to installation and configuration. High-speed Internet access is available at discounted rates through the building's provider, or tenants can opt for their own third-party provider using DSL, T1 or wireless connectivity.
The data center has more than 15 tons of cooling capacity. Power feed comes from two substations, UPS battery backup and an onsite generator good for 24-plus hours of operation.
In step with the times, the Monroe Building will provide a 4,200-square-foot tenant-exclusive fitness center equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. After working out, tenants can freshen up in the spa-like locker rooms which include showers, lockers and towel service.
