ENERGY STAR congratulates, the Monroe Building, owned and managed by J&
J ARNACO, LLC for
earning the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) 2013 - 2018 ENERGY STAR certification, which signifies that the building performs in the top 25 percent of similar facilities nationwide for energy efficiency and meets strict energy efficiency performance levels set by the EPA.
2014-2015 REGIONAL TOBY® AWARD WINNER The Monroe Building was selected as the 2015 North Central Region TOBY® Award Winner in the historic building category. This award comes on the heels of us winning the Award at the local level in January. Winners automatically advance to the International level of the competition. The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry. The TOBY awards recognize excellence in building management, operational efficiency, tenant retention, emergency planning and community impact.
